How to use the nursing clinical guidelines?

The national guidelines have a commonly agreed structure. At the beginning of the document, there is evidence-based information on nursing care in the patient group, followed by recommendations that the nurse should take into account in clinical nursing. Nurse´s should apply the recommendations given when treating patients and making decisions about nursing, for example in patient guidance.

Nursing clinical guideline trainings are provided for nurses in various areas. In these trainings, the essential content of guidelines is learned and practiced.
